Nicholas Hans has been a designer for over 15 years. Starting at Urban Outfitters in Philadelphia in 2001, he moved to Portland, Oregon to work for Nike in 2010 where he currently resides. He also created Made on the Moon with Chiyo Takahashi in 2012.

He is currently available for freelance, contract and collaboration work.  

There have been many projects before, during and in-between those jobs. Including design work / consulting for Chunksaah and Deathwish Inc records, R5 Industries, Five Below, Anthropologie, Hand Job Type Book (featured artist), Green Patriot Posters Book (featured artist), and more. 

Skill sets and responsibilities over the years include: Art Direction, Brand design, Apparel, Footwear, Packaging, Print and Pattern design, Photography, Experience interior space design, concept / creative direction, set design and project management. 

Nicholas likes to get his hands dirty, doing things the old way, the new way, mixing media and techniques while still using the newest tools available. He considers himself a renaissance man of design.
